Cross Training day
Still on the mental high from the great run on Saturday. I went to the gym this morning and decided to mix my cardio up. I did 15 minutes on the stairs but felt my knees were getting pretty tight so I moved to the bike and did 15 minutes there. I tried to keep my speed up to work on my aerobic capacity.
My weight workout was a mix of shoulders, chest and arms. I havent been in here doing this work in a while so I am prepared to be sore tomorrow.
