SouthBay IA/UE Cocktail Hour - April 11th

The next South Bay cocktail hour will be next Thursday, April 11th at Kanisa. Anyone who went to the IA Summit in Baltimore is encouraged to join us and share your thoughts from the summit. We will also take a look at the role of research in the UCD process.

Let me know if you want to be added to the mailing list. Hopefully I got everyone who let me know last time.

OUR TOPIC (with thanks to the NC group):
IA Summit debrief/recap & discussion about the role research should play in IA/UE work

If you went to the summit - please attend and share your experience. If you didn't, come and learn why this was a lot of fun and informative too and why you should go next year. Lots of controversy erupted at the summit and on the SIGIA list following the summit, about the role of research. We would like to get a discussion going around this as well.

WHEN:

6:30 - 9:00 (ish)

WHERE:
